Overview

The highly flexible scaffold system PERI UP leaves almost no request unfulfilled especially for industrial applications. This allows almost any adjustments to be made to suit local site conditions and also fulfills the highest requirements regarding occupational safety for the working areas to be realized.

PERI UP has a grid system of 25 cm and 50 cm. The wide range of ledgers and decks with different lengths starting from 25 cm allow decking to change direction during installation and therefore ensure maximum adaptability to suit project-specific geometries. PERI UP meets the requirements of the European standards EN 12810 and EN 12811.

Your benefits at a glance

The gravity lock facilitates fast assembly of the modular scaffolding: by inserting the wedge head into the rosette, the wedge drops by force of gravity into the hole and then locks.
The rosette on the standard allows for connections up to 45°. The nodes at spacings of 50 cm also provide connection possibilities in all directions.
The UDI industrial decking has been designed for high loads: in lengths of up to 200 cm, the permissible load is 10,0 kN/m². With longer lengths, 7.5 kN/m² or 5.0 kN/m² respectively can be carried.

Circular structures can also be easily scaffolded with PERI UP.
Maximum adaptability, high level of safety and fast assembly - all this makes PERI UP the ideal system for use in industry.
The self-locking ledger connection on the scaffolding node (Gravidty Lock) and the integrated lift lock in the decks can speed up the assembly process.
